How to purchase images on this site

All images and footage on this website are copyrighted.

Searching

> We have endeavored to create an easy to search database for our growing collection of images. As you can see there are numerous categories to browse. You can also enter keywords in the search box to narrow your choices. We have embedded keywords into all the image collections to respond to more selected searches. The scope of your search results will be determined by your selection of keywords.

> Quick Search - By default the system uses "Match at least one keyword" for the quick search function. If you input "beautiful sunset" (without the quotes) into the quick search field, then the search function will return results for any media that contain either "beautiful" OR "sunset" in its properties.

The system supports the "AND" and NOT" operands in the quick search function by the use of the plus sign (+) and minus sign (-) respectively in front of the keywords.

• If you input "beautiful +sunset" (without the quotes) into the search field, the system will only return results for any media that contain both keywords "beautiful" AND "sunset" in its properties.

• If you input "beautiful "sunset" (without the quotes) into the search field, the system will return results for any media that contain the keyword "beautiful", but this media can't contain the keyword "sunset" in its properties.

• Note: There must not any spaces between the second keyword and the input operands (+), (-) keywords.

> Advanced Search - The advanced search function doesn"t use the same algorithms as above. It offers options allowing you to choose which operand you want to use for your searches.

There are three options available.

• Match at least one keyword
  The system will return results for any media that contain either one of the input keywords in its properties.

• Match all keywords
  The system will only return results for any media that contain all input keywords in its properties.

• Match exact phrase
  The system will only return results for any media that contains the exact input keyword phrase in its properties.

The Lightbox

> The Lightbox is YOUR collection of images. You may add up to 30 images to your lightbox. If you wish to purchase an image that is in your lightbox, click on the thumbnail to view the enlarged image. Select the items that you want to purchase and click on the "add to cart" button.

Shopping Cart

> The shopping cart displays your order details, if you wish to delete an image from your order before proceeding to checkout, simply hit the remove link on the right side.

Checking Out

> You will need to login to checkout your order. If you are new to the site please complete the registration form to create a username and password. This information is stored, so that you can return to the site to make future purchases and so that we can review your orders.

> We utilize PayPal for purchases made on this site. PayPal is one of the world's leading online payment processors and all transactions are processed on secure servers. You can either use your credit card or pay directly from your PayPal account, if you have one.

Shipping

> We ship with Federal Express exclusively. In most areas you can select between overnight service and 2nd day service. Please see our shipping rates in your cart at checkout.

My Account

> This page shows your order history and also allows you to download any instant download orders.

Special offers

> We encourage you to periodically check our "specials" page for special offers and package deals for images as well as video footage. Once you have purchased a package, you can select files of your choice and proceed to the checkout area where your package discount will be applied.

Fine Art Prints:
Our archival fine art photo prints are printed using the latest Epson inkjet technology, producing prints of extraordinary image quality suitable for museum or gallery display. Epson's Ultrachrome inks and professional archive papers provide long-lasting color stability from 70-100+ years. All pictures are available framed or unframed. You can choose from the following print sizes:
8" x 11"
11" x 17"
17" x 22"
24" x 30"

Larger sizes are available upon request.

We use premium matte black metal frames with an ultra-thin profile, protective UV glass, archival white rag mat, archival mounting board & easy-install backing board. 

Video Footage:
HD 1920x1080, H.264 codec, instant download
HD 1920x1080, DVCPRO HD codec, delivered on DVD
HD 1920x1080, ProRes 422 codec, delivered on DVD
HD 1920x1080, ProRes-JPG codec, delivered on DVD 

Most clips are around 12 sec in length, the actual length of each individual clip can be seen at the bottom of the preview window. The 305StockPhoto watermark will not be visible any purchased video clips.

License terms

> All digital files, whether for web, broadcast use or print use are "Royalty free". Fine art prints are for personal use only and may not be copied or reproduced in any way. Files do not carry model- or property releases unless specifically pointed out in the file's description. Please refer to our license agreement for details.

Product Return Policy

> All sales are final. 305StockPhoto warrants the Product to be free from defects in material and workmanship for 90 days from delivery. User’s sole and exclusive remedy for a breach of this warranty is the replacement of the Product or a refund of the purchase price, at the option of 305StockPhoto.
